School Loans

Student Loans, Private Student Loan

School Loans are often referred to as Federal Stafford loans, though there are now many different loan types out there, such as private student loans. A Stafford loan sometimes does not always cover all college expenses. It is a loan traditionally put toward tuition. Find Federal Student Loans at the Governments official website by going to Studentloans.gov.

Financing the total costs of college today is often completed with private school loans if your Federal loans and aid do not cover all college expenses. Students are encouraged to obtain as much federal aid, scholarships, grants and other free monies before borrowing student loans.

College Student Loans fast quick loans Q&A

Q. Schoolwork.org, "What is the difference between a Federal student loan and private school loans? "
A.
a Federal Loan is not credit based (Unless it is a PLUS Loan for parents) and is sent to your school. Private student loans are based on an applicant's credit worthiness, often require a co-signer, are not need based, and upon approval the funds are usually sent direct to the applicant. Though Schoolwork.org does not offer students financial advise, we are happy to provide tips, info and opinions. You should really consider taking your time to compare school loans before applying. We currently feature private loan offers from school lenders and web resources. Check out what each company and see what they have to offer.
